2. Categories of Data

We process registration data, usage analytics, payment references, and manuscript files or prompts that you upload to cryobo.de so we can provide the requested features and safeguard your projects.

3. Purposes and Legal Bases

Processing is carried out to perform our agreement with you (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), comply with statutory retention duties (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR), and pursue legitimate interests in operating and enhancing Cryobo (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. Processors and International Transfers

We partner with infrastructure and analytics providers that act under data processing agreements. If personal data leaves the EEA, safeguards such as the EU Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions apply.

5. Retention

Project assets remain stored while you maintain an active Cryobo account. Billing records are retained according to German commercial and tax law requirements.

6. Your Rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or data portability. You can also object to processing based on legitimate interests and submit a complaint to the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.

7. Automated Decision-Making

We do not employ automated decision-making with legal or similarly significant effects. AI-generated output strictly depends on the prompts you provide and is not combined with third-party profiling.
