1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cryobo at cryobo.de, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The platform is operated by Yannick Scholich, Scholich Ventures. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Cryobo to generate literary content and related assets for personal or commercial purposes. You are responsible for ensuring that any output complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

3. Account Registration

To access certain features you must create an account and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, and platform functionality remain the property of Yannick Scholich. Generated content is assigned to you upon delivery, subject to compliance with these Terms.

5. Payments and Credits

Paid features are billed in advance. Credits expire twelve months after purchase and are non-refundable unless required by law.

6. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to reverse engineer the service, uploading malicious code, or generating content that violates legal or ethical standards.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free content generation.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yannick Scholich (operating Cryobo) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Marburg, Germany.
